 I made a few slight adjustments/substitutions...

But over all they're pretty close...

Sooooo many layers!

Punches - SU Modern Label, Decorative Label, Eyelet Border and EK Success Oval.
Textile Cuttlebug Embossing Folder and some vintage trim.
