Over these past few days I've been participlaying in this...
Usually when I make cards I make multiples so I can use up the whole pieces of cs and such...
These kinds of events allow me to use up things out of my SCRAP files!!!
THIS makes me happy!
And produces some pretty decent looking cards, for the most part...
So, without further adieu, here are the 7 cards I created ALL from my scrapfiles!!!
For this challenge you needed to punch holes in the cs and thread the ribbon through...
I used a variety of scrap pps & cs.
The stamp is from the Inkadinkado Flower Sentiments set... LOVE IT!
The ink is SU Pink Passion... such a bold & spicy colour... but so pretty too!

This little cutie has NO stamping on it, but there's INK!
We had to ruche some ribbon.
Takes a few minutes but it really is worth it.
Yes, I inked my ribbon!

This card required 'double ribbon'.
Easy peasy to do.
Pulled out some 'old' but still lovely Prima florals and finished them off with Stickles.
A very Autumnal looking Thank You indeed.

Here we used a couple of embossing folders to jheuzh up the pps.
SU Heartfelt Thanks stamp set for that sweet floral.
[6/232]
And a ribbon bow to finish.
So soft & pretty.

This bright Birthday greeting uses TWO SU stamp sets!
Alphabet Soup & Handle with Care
[7 & 8/232]
And a sweet braided ribbon technique!
More Pink Passion Ink as well.
How can you tell I was playing with the pink scrapfile for a few of these cards?!

Oooooh, this one... I LOVE this stamp set!
Mixed Bouquet [makes my heart go pitta-patta] and Delight in Life.
I just LOVE definition stamps!
[9 & 10/232]
A snippet of BG pp [another fave!] and a pleated ribbon technique.
Another fun thing to do with ribbon!

Here is the final card...
I baked ribbon!
Yes!
I used bamboo chop sticks and metal bulldog clips to wind the ribbon around and hold it.
Into my toaster oven @ 250* for 15 minutes...
When it cooled I removed it from the sticks and ...
VOILA!
Fun curly ribbon to use on whatever project you desire!

So, there you have them...
Seven more cards to add to the tally!
Thanks everyone @ LB who organized such a fun playin' with paper time!
