A good friend of mine is a demonstrator for Stampin' Up. She had a gathering at her place tonight. I enjoyed playing with paper and stampin' a wee bit! Here are the resulting cards! I've been wanting to try the "Faux Quilt Top Note" technique for a while now... I had NO idea it was SOOOOOO easy! I will most definitely be recreating several more of them!!! And who doesn't love cupcakes?!! They seem to be everywhere lately! This little cutie-pie cupcake card is so sweet! I'm going to make a bunch up so they are ready for birthday giving! I loved making up both cards and look forward to recreating several more of them! I will be taking a short break from posting thingz for a bit though... I have a certain "project" that I NEED to complete before mid April... so that will be taking priority! I will share the result when it is in the hands of the giftee! Just in case she happens to pop on here... I don't want to spoil the surprise... So THANK YOU 'S' for another SUper fun Friday Night gathering!!! I'm looking forward to my show on April 16th!! [btw.. these two cards bring the tally for the year to 60!!!]
