Doin' a little Dustin'!!!

Well it has been some time hasn't it?!
The Summer company and a room renovation had me doing everything BUT gettin' creative!
I was getting cranky!
So last week I just HAD to get inky!
I grabbed one of my custom Tim Holtz DIY ink pads and some stamps and stamped out just ONE sheet of cardstock.... it felt SO good!
A couple days later I decided I should turn that cardstock into some cards!!!
Realizing I needed a card for a loverly couple...
I did this...
...a wedding card deserves some bling!
So, let's BLOW the dust OFF this blog with some more cards!
Here are the rest of this series...
The birthday greeting was just hangin' out on my desk...
...something else I'd stamped because I NEEDED TO!!!!
It fit in well since I used the same DIY ink pad!
So after flipping through my scrapfiles, (tidied those up while I was in there too)
I found a few pieces that would work AND not get returned to the files!!!
Yaaaay!!!!

Add a few bits of twine, dies & some embossing folders and we have five more cards!
Go me!!!
Well that was SO much fun...
This week I decided I should get inky again!
I grabbed the Stampin' Up Watercolor Wings set...
[I want to say that these cards are inspired by Sandi's! Here's the link to her original.]

I've been itchin' to give this set a GO!
This set makes beautiful butterflies and you can use whatever colours you want!
Here are the four cards from yesterday's "session".
 I'm a twine junkie!
It's inexpensive and adds that li'l sum'n sum'n to the card.
It's a real treat to grab 'older' stamps and throw them into the mix!
Yes, more embossing folders.. and I also found some more pieces in the scrapfiles that fit right in with the colour scheme!!!
The card on the left was made with the leftover scraps!!!
NOTHING went into the scrapfiles!!!
So, there they are!

[Taylored Expressions & Darice embossing folders as well.]
Thanks for popping by!
More to follow...
